NANGA BULIK – PT Korintiga Hutani (KTH) is set on achieving its “Berkarya Untuk Negeri” (“Working for the Nation”) vision. The company’s CSR programs for 2026 are aimed at providing continued support and opportunities for empowerment to communities under its guidance.
KTH’s commitment takes form in the implementation of various initiatives across sectors including employment and health.
The company particularly focused on labor protection and public health, and has rolled out financial and material support on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at the Topalan village office in Menthobi Raya District, Lamandau Regency.
The donation ceremony distributed free BPJS Ketenagakerjaan memberships for vulnerable workers in Topalan, Batu Ampar, and Lubuk Hiju, supplementary food kits for malnourished and stunted children, pre- and postnatal supplies for expectant and new mothers, as well as equipment to support government food security efforts in Topalan, Batu Ampar, and Lubuk Hiju.

Attending were the leader of Menthobi Raya District, Head of Industrial Relations at Lamandau’s Department of Manpower and Transmigration, chiefs of Topalan, Batu Ampar, and Lubuk Hiju, representatives of Lamandau’s Department of Community and Village Empowerment, leaders of local village councils, babinsas (National Army non-commissioned officers), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership beneficiaries, and local key leaders.
The ceremony kicked off with opening speeches from Topalan Village chief Singpi, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Lamandau leader Yusef Dwi Jayadi, Menthobi Raya District leader Raya Syahruni, and KTH’s Director Hirotaka Sato.
It later saw a symbolic handover of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership cards to 105 workers, represented by the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Lamandau leader and KTH’s director for each side.
The next segment also had KTH receiving an award from the Menthobi Raya leader on behalf of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
In his speech, Topalan village chief Singpi thanked the company for having helped the village in many ways.
He hoped the free membership program would continue next year. “PT Korintiga Hutani has been supporting us in many ways. We want to thank the company and [in return] show our full support. May this collaboration grow even stronger.”
Meanwhile, the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan leader for Lamandau Regency talked about the state insurance’s benefits, which cover a wide range of costs from medical expenses to death claims.
The free membership program followed Lamandau Regent Regulation No. 25 of 2024, which specifically addresses social security implementation. On this, Jayadi said, “We appreciate PT Korintiga Hutani’s efforts to bear membership fees for at-risk workers through this CSR initiative.”
Menthobi Raya District leader Syahruni echoed Jayadi and Singpi’s statements, saying KTH has contributed to community support when public services couldn’t due to budget constraints. “We would like to see this partnership last and continue to benefit everyone.”
KTH’s Director, Hirotaka Sato, stressed the company’s dedication to focus on public safety and health.
Besides insurance memberships, KTH provided additional nutrient-dense foods for pregnant women, baby care supplies, and anti-stunting kits. “We hope our presence brings help, and we can have a good relationship with our immediate communities.”
Lamandau Regent Rizky Aditya Putra, who shared his greetings virtually, praised the public-private synergy. “It’s our hope that the local community can gain from this assistance, and that it strengthens our cooperation with all stakeholders to ensure successful regional development in Lamandau Regency.” (Radar Sampit)
